Court, I think the rest of us need to apologize to all New Yorkers in general. envy rules again out here in the hinterlands: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26844329/ We have nothing at all to compare with your 20,000 year old 40 foot deep pothole. That's funny . . . . Don't get too concerned however . . . . the Empire State Building went from the first shovel in the ground to tenats in offices in something like 14 months. The World Trade Center has been 8 years and they are still arguing about what kind of building, the memorial budget is at $2,000,000,000 and no one is quite sure who owns the site. They should make the pothole a national park.
