Court, I heard about you at ADVRider.com. I have a 2006 Buell XB12X. After just 100 miles my rear brake master cylinder fell off. The screws fell out. I called my dealer and asked that they ship me replacement screws. They said they would, no problem. I wrote a letter to Buell CS to inform them of the problem. It wasn't a nasty letter, just a documentation of the issue. I also asked that they have my dealer inspect the bike more closely than normal for loose or missing screws when it goes in for service. Did I follow the correct procedure? |
