I don't participate in the Politics or War threads, but have read them on occasion. Repetitive, boring, and absolutely useless. My suggestion is to make the BadWeb a forum for the exchange of useful information and meaningful ideas about motorcycles and motorcycle riding, specifically about Buells. Occasionally, just like in real life, sports, politics, religion, ugly girlfriends, humor, sex, Harleys, etc. may come up in the discussion, but I for one don't want to dwell on those things and the BadWeb would be better if we didn't have threads dedicated to non-motorcycle stuff. In fact a number of us see other board members more often than our families. We do stuff in the real world & would like to share our experiences with our other friends. See Ingemar, Blake and I have exchanged words via email. He basically doesn't approve, as other 'officials' don't either, of my dislike towards Aaron and the way his company is cosseted by the BadWeB. In his emails he's made it very clear he doesn't consider me a friend. So, just to let you know, my comment isn't as one sided as you think, but these are not the reasons I made that comment. They stand on their own merit. As for a better BadWeB, I've put my fair share in and still do. Sorry it's not another boring dyno chart if that's what floats your boat. Rocket | ||

As performance motorcycle fans, that stuff thrills us. Aaron Wilson is honest and forthright to a fault. I am fairly tapped into the world of Buell information and will offer two tidbits, actually make that three. 1.) My opinion here is not driven by personalities or who I do or do not "like". Rocket has made valuable contributions here over the years, this thread is among his darker hours. 2.) Aaron Wilson, I'll repeat for the benefit of any folks new to Buell, is the single most honest and forthright person (that says much) I have met in 20 years of Buell ownership and riding in 44 states. 3.) I know what's inside the can of worms that is being kicked about the floor. My sage suggestion to all is that it is in no one's interest to allow the can to be opened. Count me as your ex-friend until you change your (on-line?) attitude, and not just on politics, you bull headed ignorant prick" I said as much because of Blake's bull headed attitude towards politics and the war and the manner in which he often bullies the contributors of BadWeB around who don't sometimes agree with him. His comment I sure don't care to "grow together" with anyone who is willing to state publicly that our President "lied us into war." Nope, such an individual would do well to stay far the hell away from me at all times is a typical example of this. I dare say if I had made such a comment Blake would be mailing me some strong words off the board telling me how to tow the party line. As for your observations of Aaron Wilson, sure he's a great guy, and as honest as the day is long, but in that can of worms you claim to know the contents of, there in lay some detritus you know nothing about. As Aaron has said so sometimes himself on the BadWeB, we've all got our quirks. I have mine, he has his, but it was he who cast the first stone in our falling out, so you'd do well to remember that, and just as well to respect MY opinions on the subject, LIKE YOU DO HIS. Instead though, with regard to this matter, you and Blake do your utmost to put me down. For that reason this might NOT be my last comment I have to say on the matter and I'm afraid just like Aaron and everyone else, you're gonna have to live with that until we agree to disagree or you start kissing my arse for a change or boot me off the board. Sean, I don't know anyone who has launched more personal attacks on this board than you. A lot of them are still on record in storage along with your, at the time, heartfelt apologies and promises to never misbehave again. Unfortunately, you have very little good to say about anyone, but often have lots of venom to inject. This is not the place for it, and as others have noted, we don't want it. Please move towards the light. Dwelling on negative and hateful emotions/feelings will ruin a person's life. Please move towards the light. I suggest all of us move towards the light. I am not the bad boy you make me out to be. The problem stems from a lot of crap some of you speak. To make this board more tolerable, and sometimes more entertaining for myself, I just can't let some of the crap that gets spoken go by.
