How about adding an ECMSpy thread? There are plenty of hits regarding questions about the program, and I am sure the developer would like a more "central" spot to see questions, I know I would. Thanks. | ||

Why can't the automatic sponsor linking be disabled in thread titles? It has happened again a few times. Shouldn't have to take custodian intervention to disable. If I were a sponsor, I'd be a little ticked off if a potential customer had a question which couldn't be easily read without searching by key words. What purpose does it serve? (other than forcing us to cleverly disguise names such as E_B_Racing and A_S_B) so we don't end up with Erik Buell Racing and American Sport Bike which if in title, might mis-direct a reader to the websites - (not the OP's intention) (Message edited by slaughter on January 30, 2011) | ||

How about a separate politics and religion section so people who come here to read and post about Buell bikes can do so without wading through pages of off topic discussion being enjoyed by a few individuals. | ||

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot...? Was there an area on the Badweb where there were members you could get a hold of other members in case of a breakdown, depending on a location you were in? No, its not compatible with this forum. You should be able to use the forum just fine from your phone, I've been using Badweb for years from phones, PDAs, tablets, etc. You name it, I've posted from it. | ||

Im very new to this site and quite giddy actually. So maybe Im using search wrong. When I type in search peramiters 06 steering upgrade I get the message there are no topics or some such. Is there a trick such as using google or other search engine. I have lots to search about my 06 Uly. Thanks in advance. Oh yea correcting spelling errors is tricky to just clicking the word is not doing it. | ||

There is a Google link at the top of every page which can help give you different results than the Badweb search. Searching for 06 steering upgrade will probably result in nothing, but "08 tree swap" should get you what you want. There is no way to correct the spelling errors, you have to manually fix them in the text box. Most browsers have spell checks built into them, but if yours doesn't you can download IESpell to add that functionality. I personally recommend using MS Word or similar word processor if you are going to make a long post, as there is nothing worse than spending an hour making a thread and then having your browser crash causing you to lose your work. | ||
