I believe the badweb HAS BECOME the only source for tube frame info already. The rest of the free world INCLUDING dealers has already orphaned us and it won't get any better. We are now owners and riders of 'relics' so get used to it! But I agree (and have said it before) that we need a separate forum dedicated to the antiques we ride. Pretty please? |

Blake, I have noticed several times now that anything placed in a post below a picture disapears, be it text or additional pics. When posted, the entire post, including text and pics below a pic all appear fine, but then if you go back later everything below the first pic is gone. Whaaahappon?!?!? Has anything been changed recently? I have seen this happen to other peoples posts too. Seems it started about 2-3 weeks ago. Try a test if you haven't noticed this. Thanks Timbo |

} No MATTER WHAT. Its not a good idea to start splitting New and Old Buell owners apart from each other. Not in websites or on the road. Its not nostalgic, its dangerous because being divided is never as strong as being UNITED. |

Well, we could turn it into a material divide like bicycling, those with steel frames, those with aluminum frames and those with carbon fiber frames. Wait, might be a bit premature on the c/f frames. MikeJ "Steel is real" |

Forget what I said about the c/f frames, don't want to start any new rumors. |

Blake How about a "Friends of Badweb" classification that would a be a way for some of us light weights to donate to Badweb at a lower level than a sponsor with just recognition on a list of names and no rights to sell etc. Keep that perk for the sponsors. This is too good a place to ever see it fold. Ok back to view mode. DAVE |

I'd put the last poster in the second column on the main page. That's what I usually go by to see if I want to visit a thread.

Pic glitch should be fixed. My bad. Monkeying around with the code. Was trying to add a space after each image to avoid the unwrapping superwide photo posts we sometimes gut. |

what about a FAQ subsection for each section .. for instance, there is a question about the drummer every other day. yes I know that you are supposed to go to the knowledge board but the same damn questions are going to be asked over and over again. see what im getting at?

hey Blake thanks for keeping this site up and running. I appreciate it. is there not a way to make the banner ads go to that sponsors web site? instead of to the badweb page..... I think it would make for more people going to those sites that sponsor this one.... thank again. Pilk |

How about a world map showing members locations. I appreciate that it might take a bit of work to set up, & being barely computer literate I wouldn't know how to begin. I think it would be a useful thing when you're planning a trip to see who's where. |

Blake, could it be arranged so that if you upload an mp3 file it will download as a .mp3 instead of a .mid? I don't agree with Frank Sinatra, we are united as Buell riders by coming to this site. I feel we will all benefit by having the seperate Old School and XB folders. It is a "division" only to create a logical filing system, and I hope most BWBer's see it simply as that. My computer is "divided" into hundreds of folders, it's still my computer! |
