Blake, I saw your post over in C3, so I'm assuming you've done it already (Thanks!) But I can't make it work. What exactly is the URL I should be using? Thanks, Jim |

Thanks Blake, it works! And it's cool! But it's not what I was asking for. (don't take it away) What I want is a URL I can put on a business card, write on a piece of paper, or just tell someone, which they can type in by hand. Something for Buellers I meet on the road. |

Ahhh! I follow you now! Really I do! I suppose we could create a redirect page to do that for you. Let me give it a shot... |

Do you want a clickable logo to put on the page or just to have the page redirect to the Carolina Corner Carvers topic? |

You now have the redirect via www.badweatherbikers.com/ccc If you want to upload your own home page, that would be fine too. Just send it to me and I'll put it up in place of the redirect index page. This is really cool stuff. I bet the sponsors and other Storm Fronts groups might also want to get in on this idea. Excellent innovation Jim! |

Thanks, Blake, for realigning the SoCal Surf stuff under Southern California. It's little things like this that make the value of Badweb greater than the sum of its parts. Sparky |

Blake & JimN - thanks for the Carolina Corner Carvers link! What a great idea and easy to let others know about us. What else is in store for C3??? |

Unless the strategy is to merge BWB and Sacborg, move all of Snail's threads to the bottom of the page. What started out as a positive gesture has turned into a real bore and it is the first thing we have to look at when visiting the BWB. Definitely not what I consider a good first impression much less putting your best foot forward. Just my opinion. I don't expect anyone to agree. |

I agree with Outrider. It's run it's course, send it to the cellar. I'll try to work up some fresh insults to keep you drones amused. Just one question before I leave, do any of you ever laugh? |

Yes, I laugh. I laugh at the suffering of others, misfortune, and burnt toast. (Girl to Snail in the Wild One)..."What are you rebelling against Snail?" (Snail)..."Whaddya got?" |

Can we have avatars? Maybe this has already been mentioned somewhere, but the search utility won't work while I'm here at the office, so I couldn't check (stupid I.S. stuff). ~Swordsman |

We did have avatars for a bit, things got a bit out of hand, avatars bit the dust. Some still exist in the old archives if you look around some. |

Blake, I noticed that the title of the Southern California Storm Fronts page has some misplaced html tags, "<font color="cfcea4">** </font><font size="+1"><i><b>" in front of the words "Southern California" and "</b></i></font>" behind it. Also same thing for this page only with different tags around "Suggestions for a Better BadWeb". Would these errors be the result of manual page generation or from an automated process? Just wondering, me being the small-time html tinkerer that I am. |
