The "Parts and Accessories for Sale' thread is getting soooo long... Could it have an archive? Sybren. Thanks for the heads up Sybren. It was due for a cleaning. Blake |

Congrats on hitting the 1 million mark!!!! I just logged in as 1,000,020. Cool. I was wondering if the counter would reset or add a digit. Time for an oil change and a new top end eh? Blake |

Blake, who was the lucky person that logged at the million mile mark? If you can tell. Pilk Unfortunately I have no way of knowing. It wasn't me; I came online at 1000040 this afternoon. Blake |

Blake, ***The offer of ftp space still stands.*** Also, so often Badweather gets questions like: Will this exhaust fit my Buell? Will this year seat fit my Buell? Will the PU-138 Explosive Space Modulator fit my Blast? Any chance we could organize a series of detailed tech pages about the different model groups of Buell? Pages that people could refer to by year/make to get details specific to their bike? Paint codes, engine specifics, chassis bits and whatnot? I'm not aware of anything like it anywhere on the net for Buells. |

DN: Would you be interested in putting that together? It is a great idea. It is a LOT of work too. |

Blake, Yes...I think I WOULD be interested in putting that together for BadWeather. What a great way to learn more about my favorite motorcycle brand than to do an in-depth technical review of each and every one of their prior models! Too bad we can't get the factory to just "core dump" all their info to us...then the project wouldn't have to include so much research. Any chance on this one? It sounds sad, but probably the first thing I would need is a LIST of every model they have made and what years they were in production! I still get confused when people start talking about RR and RS and whatnot...I was barely DRIVING back then, let alone riding. So, perhaps you could start me off like that...just give me a list of all their models and then I'll tear off on the research aspect of this project. Unless you have another idea? |

BTW, I see a lot of BadWeBr's profile entries question the reason for posting their VIN in their user profile. I thought I'd take a minute to explain the presence of that field in the requested user profile information. In trying to intervene on behalf of a frustrated BadWeBr, the pertinent VIN is essential for BCS to be able to offer any assistance. Having the VIN available to pass on to BCS just makes helping fellow BadWeBr's a little easier. If you want to hide it from public view, click on the "Hide" checkbox next to that field. Anyone walking by your parked bike can easily get your VIN. But by all means, please feel free to leave it out if you aren't comfortable sharing it. |

A logo or sticker or something, you know to get the word out. Maybe just a simple badweatherbikers.com... |
