Yep, under the ownership of LAP, and they’re located in Michigan, but they’re still building a few motorcycles like this carbon fiber 1190RX introduced last month: Carbon Fiber 1190RX (Message edited by Blake on November 02, 2019) |

I see they still have the butt ugly turn signal. I don't know why seemingly all the manufacturers have deviated from the ideal placement of the turn signal in the mirror. It looks great in the mirror and functionally it's in a better placement to be seen. |

They do not build motorcycles, they assemble them from existing old parts left after EBR. They even actually just finish unfinished units. (Message edited by Tpehak on September 13, 2019) |

So... They are building motorcycles.... How is that not the definition of building motorcycles? Does every part need to be bespoke and manufactured that year? I don't know ANY MFG that does that. Maybe Koenigsegg? McLaren? Heck OCC got away with slapping Chinese parts around S&S motors for years LOL (Message edited by shoggin on September 14, 2019) |

I thought LAP just had their final auction this past June? Seems I read that on the inter web somewhere. |

Mark just posted shirts for Barber on Facebook, but in case he hasn't posted elsewhere on BadWeb, here's the link to buy and support EBR efforts by Mark and Geoff: https://mw23.bigcartel.com/?fbclid=IwAR0joAbkbD5qy 6ha4q3ISIZNRYJ6-FFCkWmZVcYolBLyGphJJ1pnThwn-5w |

I will second the thumbs up. Truly great to see Geoff win. Did anybody else order any T-shirts from Mark? I was curious when I will be able to proudly display my EBR/Mark White, Geoff May t-shirts. I realize that when I ordered T-shirts it was a “pre-order“. Again, just curious as to when I will receive T-shirts. |

Three Buell Mark here, you should be getting them the end of this week or beginning of next. I left ordering open until the week after the race and got the shirts from the printer last Thursday. I've been sending some out everyday this week. Sorry I'm not as active on here as I am on Facebook where I've been sharing updates. |

That's great news Hugh! Thanks for sharing! I changed the big images to hyperlinks to help page readability. Need to get an image auto scaler implemented here. RE: "Mr. Daytona", meaning Scott Russell? The man is 55 years old. He was a world class world champion racer in his prime. I bet he had fun. (Message edited by blake on November 02, 2019) |
