I have an 03 XB9R that is a race only bike . Have it at my local HD dealership for them to dyno and tune a problem that the motor has at the start of a race . When I open the throttle it boggs down a few seconds then takes off. Need to get it fixed before I can race again. They cannot get the bike to interface with their computer. I have the factory issue ECM and disc with cable. Any ideas? Help Please!!!

Best bet is to get it to a dealer that still works on Buells. They will have the required equipment and knowledge.
