Finally got up to Pennsylvania to see Bruce "seven" at Schaeffers Harley Davidson, motor is now tuned and running nicely. I wasnt quite sure what to expect out of it, its pretty much stock inside minus the Andrews N6 cams, and has the CF Buell race intake and a Force pipe Put down 90 to the rear wheel, 80tq, pulling hard to 6800rpm This is 10whp more than it was when we first got the bike (V&H pipe and the same intake), so that should help out greatly on the drag strip, hopefully adding another class to my plans! Im excited, this motor blew up last March and I've not raced this bike since. Now its all together, running great, and Im ready to get back on the track. Schaeffers/Seven were awesome to deal with. He used ECMspy to tune the bike and will offer some help at the track to make minor adjustments. Outside of the 10 hour drive each way, it was a great experience |
