I've been thinking about the different ram air side panels for the 1125 which I would like to switch to. Seems they all will require a move of the ECM. Today I took my current side panels off to service my bike and noticed how short the wires are to the ECM. So, has anyone moved their ECM on an 1125? How did you do it? Where did you move it to? |

Doug, Mine is still left side, just above the crankcase, on the left side of the front cylinder. It is mounted to a custom made bracket. It fits just inside the rear edge of the ram air fairing. If you need I'll try and get a photo with my phone and post it, let me know. Pat. |

Pat, That picture sounds good. Please do it at your convenience. There's no rush yet. Also, can you share which side panels you use? Stock radiators? Thanks a lot, Doug |

Doug, Here is a photo showing the location of the ECM. This bike has Flexi Glass body work with stock radiators. They seem to work well, and keep the coolant temperature in a good range. Pat. |

Doug, pm me with your email address and I'll send you the photo. It doesn't want to upload! Pat. |
