Our customer just finished his first AFM season on his 1125. Now the shop has a few months to get the bike to stage two, for season two. AKA chain conversion, higher compression, valve timing and pipe. But we also have a couple of minor issues for tech support, but since it's a race only bike that service is not available. I will call Henry Duga today as always, but he normally passes us off to someone in the race department for an answer. So BMC how about a one stop shopping phone number for issues like clutch weep or a belt that won't run straight, keeps wearing on one side until it failed. Not looking for warranty support, just the same answers and support I would get if the bike still had a warranty. Terry www.jtsperformance.com |
