I just bought a full set of the upper and lower catalyst racing composites for the 1125r and was wondering if anyone had experience with them. I talked to Mario at Glendale Harley and he spoke pretty highly of them and I was just wondering what others consensus might be. If no one else is running them I will be the guinea pig then lol. I should get them in on friday. |

Arrrgg... the only set I've seen were Mario's so no news there but they've certainly served him well. |

See here for a review of their pieces for the XB/XBRR http://www.trackdaymag.com/Article.aspx?id=2990 |

Cool - if Catalyst makes bodywork, you should shoot them a note and ask about the tail and the mounting onto the 1125R subframe. Obviously they DO make it in fiberglass which will save you MAJOR bucks over graphite!! |

Slaughter- Catalyst does make a tail section but the tail section they make resembles the stock firebolt/1125r tail. They unfortunately dont make an XBRR tail. It seems they have pretty good reviews though. I am excited to get my set. The unfortunate thing is I have to drive 3 hours to the nearest catalyst racing dealer to pick them up when they come in. Shipping will kill me otherwise! |

I use catalyst composites body work on my 675/track bike. Their stuff is very well made, mounts with little or no modification, paints, easily , and even crashes pretty well... I'd be shocked if you weren't happy. (Message edited by PatrickMitchell on May 13, 2009) |
