Have one,for an XB, just wondering if anyone has used it on an 1125.Pingel is NOT currently offering mounting systems for the bike.I would imagine breaking into the 9s with stock swingarm is possible with wot shifts, since 10.04 has been done with a stock bike...thanks for any help.

Good thinking...you can get the kill time down to maybe 45-50 MS if the gears are back-cut from the factory.

you don't need any kind of shifter. load the shifter just berfore hitting the rev limiter and it will shift perfectly smooth just remember to let the shifter release after each shift. I run my on an 1/8 mile track 30 psi in the rear tire stock swing arm stock exhaust noid is gone, most updated fuel map 87 octane no nitrous leave somewhere between 5,000-6,000 rpm slipping the clutch run 6.99's @ 103-104 on a margenal track only first 330 foot sprayed with VHT

so, with pressure up, it will kick right into next gear as the limiter hits?

i have been shifting like that for a while but 6.99 1/8's wont produce a nine second run and that bike needs to be shifted before limitter i use an air shifter and extended arm for my nine sec runs

buelltech your right you won't get a 9.93 pass like you on a 1/4 mile. I think best shift point is around 9,000 rpm is this where you are shifting?

I never cared much for the check the air bottle pressure every run. So I went with the all electric shifter for my "98" Buell S3.
Example of Air shifters requirements: on board air tank, on board compressor, air ram, air ram mounts-that requires welding, or bolting to frame, fabricating shift linkage, air or electric ignition kill switch, air lines, switching valve push button with air gauge. I went all electric.

It works great.
30 psi in the rear tire? Preloading the shift forks and waiting for the rev. limiter, running 6.99 on 1/8 slipping clutch------O---K. I drop the clutch at 6400 push button shift at 6800rpm 15-18psi in rear tire on the 1/8, good night is a 7.4 for me with wheelie bars and strapped front forks, Comb Shift Light/Tack and two stage rev limiter, Dayton Twin Tec Single Multi Fire Ignition model 1005T, Carburated.
