I'm planning on attending this event. http://www.njmotorsportspark.com/events.html#Ama I'd be willing to help organize a get together before, during, or after the races. If there is enough interest, I'm sure we could approach NJMP about a group ticket purchase and or a designated Buell parking/view area. If anyone has connections with the AMA or NJMP, please jump in here... Please post your thoughts and hopefully we can turn this into a fun event! |

Our team (Old Glory Buell) will be racing in the SunTrust Moto-GT event that weekend. I am sure that we could help organize an event for the Buell family. Old Glory Buell is located in Laurel, MD (about two hours away) and could be a good starting point for the maryland buell owners to leave from. I will talk with our team to see what we could help set-up if that helps. Jaycent Gebers Old Glory Buell Racing #5 AMA Pro SunTrust Moto-GT (Message edited by buellroadracer on March 25, 2009) |

Jaycent: I sent you a PM a few minutes ago... I'll drop NJMP a note and see what the options might be. If the Old Glory Team can help us with access that might be ideal. I'll try and find out what facilities, food, etc are available and will post them in this thread. It should be a fun event! |

OK we have a conversation started with NJMP. Bellow is the start point for event pricing. I suspect that we may be able to negotiate a little bit more with a more firm number of participants. As this race is not until September, we have time to work. Tickets: Friday only - $22 Saturday only- $33 Sunday only - $44 Sat/Sun - $60 3 day - $71 VIP Club - still working on this - will include food & beverage in our Officers Club - will probably be $200-$300 per ticket With the purchase of 20 tickets or more you receive a 10% discount on the entire purchase Parking: If you have a group of 30 or more bikes we can do a parking corral for just your group Trackside VIP Suites: Can accommodate up to 20 people per day overlooking Pit Lane and the Front Straightaway - $975 for all 3 days. Food & Beverage not included (I've attached our catering menu). Camping: $75 for RV, $40 tent. That's for the whole weekend, and you must purchase either a 2 day or 3 day ticket. Showers and restrooms are available in the paddock. I hope this helps. Let me know any other questions you might have. Hope to see you with a big group! From the above pricing; I think we should shoot for our own parking and camping areas, and possibly seating. The suites are not a bad deal at $48.00 a head for all three days. If we work far enough in advance, I'm sure we could get side by side units. Please post your thoughts. Buellroadracer is working on a few things as well.... Stay tuned! It's all about the volume. The more ,the merrier, the cushier and the cheaper. what we need is a growing head count, the sooner the better. |

Feel free to PM me or post questions in this thread. I'm trying to get direct billing set up with NJMP. I know it seems pretty far away. The track has a finite amount of space and we don't want to miss out. I'll keep posting updates. Thanks for the interest and I hope we get a good crowd! |

I am in I was planning on going all 3 days anyway since I live about 30 minutes away. The owner of my company is a member at NJMP so he might be able to get me a hook up if we need it. |

Count me and my girly in for all three days. Deffinatley gonna have the bikes with us just dont know if we would ride down each day or trailer the bikes and stay local. We live about 2 hours away. Shouldnt be a bad ride but we got no bags for our(her)luggage. I might rather trailer down. (Message edited by hosephnj on March 28, 2009) |

A few words of advice.... If you plan to attend and want to limit driving/riding to and from the track, book your rooms early! That and there is a cool glass art museum close by in Millville. http://www.wheatonarts.org/ The glass trophy/gift vases they handed out at last year's Moto-ST races were beautiful. |

I don't mean to offend anyone but I have never been a fan of handing out glass punch bowls, flower vases and candy dishes as trophies for sporting events. Just had to get that off my chest. G |
