It is possible! BMW factoryteam finished 1+2 with the R 1200 Air/Oilcooled Twins in the Openclass at the 24h Endurancerace at Oschersleben Speedweek. Overall they finished 5th and 9th.

The RaceRodprojekt from HD Bonn, DNF. They go out after 16:32 houres with problems on the camshaft.

So still the question when finish the first aircooled Buell a 24h race?
