Does anyone know if the number plates from the tt will fit a regular 12S? Right now the only way I can attach my side plates is by keeping my rear footpeg bracket on the bike, and I find my heels get hung up in there. Thanks | ||

From what I know, it might be possible. The passenger footpeg loops for the Ss and for the S are the same part number, and the number plates bolt to the passenger peg mounts. Supposedly the tt uses the Ss subframe. The rear mount is some deal that hooks up to the turn signals, so that probably wouldn't work, but once they were mounted in two points you'd be most of the way there, and the passenger peg brackets would be off and out of your way. I was thinking of putting a set of the plates on my CityX, but I think I am going to get get a tt instead. | ||

It is not only entirely possible . . it is easy. Take a look at these photos. There are two socket head cap screws holding on each plate. Those are the same fasteners that, on the other models, secure the bracket that supports the rear passenger pegs. I hope this helps. . . .
