I'm going to try and make it. That's my favorite track (of the 3 that I've been on) and it should be interesting to see where you guys pass each other. I'll be rooting for all the Buell riders. Mio | ||

Bad news.. Keith crashed in CCS Turn 4 (I think that's what they call it) and last report was that he broke his toe. Hopefully, he'll be here soon to let us know what happened and that he's alright. Let's see.. Nate Kern (BMW) set a new track record. Which Brian Bemisderfer broke in the very next race. That record stood almost all day - and it was Brians' first time on that course! Shenandoah is very photographer UN-Friendly, remind me to tell you about it sometime (heard that one before?). I should be updating my site in the next couple of days, so stay tuned. http://web.mac.com/p_migala Jeff (#400 WInchester Buell) was complaining that while the bike is set up right and handling like a dream, he needs to find more power for the straights.. and he's got no money for that little project. Hopefully his sponsor will be able pony up a few bucks so he can try to get back on the podium more often. Chris (Ltst29) and company, I know I got a few good shots of both of you. Once I get them up, you'll have to let me know what you think. You and Patrick were really duking it out huh? (they finished Ex. Thunderbike 6th and 7th) You'll get him next time.. Oh and let's all look out for Dave Granger he was riding his first race EVER on his XB12R and finished 2nd in Am. Thunderbike! Way to go Dave! (don't even know if he knows about BadWeb.. well this was my first weekend that I got to ride the whole time,I cant complain about how I did with not riding the x1 and first time on that track, man is it bumpy.but I had a good time and the weather was good. | ||

Yeah Jose and I know all about that track. Actually, I think it's more fun to run it the other direction. When we were on it, we were going the other way and that meant you had a loonggg run up to speed before a hairpin left. Jose knows all about how hard that track is.. Right?  Talk about ouch! I was there Sunday with my 6 year old daughter enjoying the races. Brian Bemisderfer looked REALLY FAST! Good to see you Blublak. When are we hooking up for another track day? | ||

Ltwt29, That was me with my daughter. Not racing, just watching so far. You guys were right past the start/finish area if I remember correctly. I am just doing track days this year but would like to do a few races next year. That was one cool X1 you had there. | ||

will the big toe was dislocated,and broke in 2 places, i got a thrid place in lw super sport. and ran my fastest lap of the weekend 1:38, 2nd race i just pushed it to hard i guess, lost the front wheel, went down on the right and broke my left toe. i guess i going to be ? about barber, i got to go to the doctor tomorrow, hopeful i dont have to have surgey | ||

Damn Keith, I hope it'll heal quick! If it's bad, you're not going to make Barber or a few other races, since you'll need that toe. Keep us posted on you're condition. And, just be happy it wasn't worse (could have been if you'd been like that guy earlier that jumped the wall at CCS turn 2 - Talk about OUCH!) | ||

OK.. the web site - http://web.mac.com/p_migala is now being re-built by me. the first few galleries of Sundays action are up. Some of it's not so great and stuff got a little goofed up.. but hey, I was a one man gang and I was getting hassled and.. oh, remind me to tell you about it sometime. Go to the site, Believe it or not, there are some nice shots on the Practice page. (yep, I was playing around with lens/shutter/app setting etc.) Better shots are coming ..
