ECM Will not give me the settings in real time, I have to keep turning on and off and it gives me different readings.
I used Froggy directions but everything and the simple ones from ECMDROID.

This was using Buelltooth. Also now I have no live data. NO RPM or TPS voltage I can turn on the fan so it kind of works.

I'm afraid I can't help with the electronics but before you reset the tps, if you haven't already, make sure your butterfly is clean along with the bore. Any build up along the bore or edges of the butterfly will affect getting the throttle to true zero. It's best to set it with the engine hot so if it's running bad and you finally get the electronics to work you might want to reset it cold, then ride it and reset it again while hot. If you already know all this then disregard and carry on.

I'm sure somebody will answer your questions soon. The weekends are kind of slow for answers.

If the live data freezes on ECMDroid, hit the grey button on the lower left that says "Live Data Off".

I know... it's counter-intuitive

Does it matter how far you back off the idle screw? I back out a lot but them you could not hear the butter fly snap shut so I turned it back in till I could.
Thanks for the hints, just another learning experience. I just got done getting a 1997 Guzzi Centauro back running after being off the road for 16 years learn a lot about FI on that one.

Get maximum slop in the throttle cables, snap the throttle open/shut three times, back off the idle adjuster screw until the voltage goes as far down as it will go and then back off one additional turn.
Hold the throttle shut and then do Reset TPS, Reset AFV, take the slop out of the cables and adjust the idle cable until it reads 4.8V (I believe that is, I'm doing this from memory).
The factory training had us do it on a cold engine, there was no mention about a hot motor.

What is the AFV. I used these instructions from Bulltooth
https://www.buelltooth.com/perform-tps-reset.html

Air Fuel Value. It will use this value to richen or lean the fuel according to your O2 sensor.

Adaptive Fuel Value. The ECM contains a fuel control map that determines how much fuel is injected at any one time. The AFV number is a percentage by which the ECM alters the standard map so that fuel supplied matches measured conditions.

When I ride to San Diego my AFV goes up to 100% to match the atmospheric condions at sea level. When I am in Flagstaff my AFV goes down to 90 to avoid running too rich at 7000 feet.
