Anyone here experience a failed to decrypt database 'BUEIB.xml file message when opening spy ver2 and trying to load a eeprom? Too many win10 updates on hp notebook and every update seems to make something else just not work as good. Started mainly when I bought a new cable which wasnt a ftdi chipped cable. Lost virtual driver com port and went to com 4 at that time. Cable works fine with spy ver1 and com 4. Any suggestions from folks that have spy ver2? Thanks!
