Zumo Custom Splash Screens To add to your Zumo, right click on image and save picture as. With your Zumo hooked up to your computer copy that picture to your JPG folder on your Zumo. To change the Splash Screen on your Zumo Press Tools (wrench) Press Next screen arrow (down arrow, bottom right) Press Display Press Change… button next to Splash Screen Press picture you want as your Splash Screen Press picture when it is full size than press yes and you screen is saved. After having my Zumo 550 for nearly a year and a half - and never plugging it into my computer - Mike's contribution finally made me plug it into my computer. Now I'm sporting the BUELL Motorcycles East Troy, WI/new pegasus splash screen. Thanks Mike! 1313 | ||

I've used a couple actually on three Nuvi 200 series (200, 205w and 255w...I travel a lot and stock up when I find them cheap, i.e. less than $100. I want to be less regret filled when I brain fart and leave one in a rental car at 4:30 am rushing to catch a flight or have one stolen, both of which has happened) If you have/use a Nuvi, load the images on to an SD card and open them in the image viewer on the Nuvi. Pause for a moment and eventually a check box will *magically* appear in the upper left corner asking if you want to use the image as your startup splash screen. Check the box and it will be there after the next restart. | ||

Thanks much TwoBuells! Worked Flawlessly - The Uly and the Zumo go together like PB&J. Can't beat being able to program routes on the pc and upload to the unit. Now they even look like they belong together. Ride Safe and Long! | ||

Thank you for the info. I changed mine yesterday. I am not ripping on the brand just stating fact I guess. Everyone I know that has tried a Tom Tom after owning a Garmin has went back because they hated them. I hope you like it if you have one but I never have heard anyone say they liked it. | ||
