Okay, so some of us (not me, though) have vowed to never go back into a Harley dealership after their treatment of the Buell Motor Company back in 2009... But now that American Sportbike and Buell Parts.Net have shuttered, not much of an option. Probably not a coincidence as we come up to the "7 Year" parts support pipeline that the local Harley Shop has taken down the Buell signs that used to hang outside and inside. Knowing sooner or later the shop would dispose of the last vestiges of Buell, I laid the groundwork a few years ago to try and get one. Talked to the owner every 6-8 months about it, gave him several business cards with "Wants Buell sign" on the back, etc. Couple weeks ago noticed the sign inside was removed - - replaced by a H-D sign. . . Crap, missed out. Then ran into the shop owner and asked him about the "old" Buell sign. So . . . Here's what I got. . .  Roughly 68" x 32", hollow, but will mount lights behind it when I hang it on the wall. One of my better "freebies". . . If you live near a Harley dealership that supported Buell, you might want to swing by there and see if they have any signs slated for disposal. . .
