Been working way too much, three straight 14 hour days, and have an all day meeting to go to soon. So I needed to clear me head with some "knee in the breeze" therapy. Went on one of my favorite rides and except for putting my foot down to stand the bike up and stopping in the driveway to open the garage door my feet never left the pegs. Out the drive way to the left, to cross street (no cars) turn right, to cross street (no cars) turn left, to cross street (no cars) turn left, to Waikoloa Road (stop sign, no cars) slow down turn left, up to Upper Road (stop sign, no cars) slow down turn left, to Waiki'i Road turn right through damn near a hairpin. Up the mountain through the twisties to the new Saddle Road (stop sign, no cars) slow down turn right, roll the power on to an undisclosed speed back to Upper Road turn right on merge lane, to Waikoloa Road (no cars) turn left and back home. Four cars on the Waiki'i Road and all pulled over to let me pass. Head cleared, knees sufficiently aerated. Total miles 45, total time one hour. |

I suppose there was a nice fresh sea breeze too? I might have gone around twice it sounds so nice. |

Yes there was. Temps in the low 80s to start and low 70s up the mountain(not accounting for the wind speed). Only a few clouds and a nice view of the ocean and Maui on the way back. |

I haven't rode my Uly since the middle of September. I purchased a new car 9/15/2014 and haven't ridden my Uly since! Right now the weather is keeping it in the garage |
