First time I've heard that there is plenty of room for more batteries in the LiveWire. Watch the video. http://gas2.org/2014/12/02/quick-drive-the-harley- davidson-livewire/ |

that video is bad and I don't mean good. poorly shot and presented.. just cause you have a camera doesn't mean you can shoot something worth watching.. flame on.. |

Fotoguzzi, I liked this newer Yahoo LiveWire video and it really gives a sense of what this bike looks and sound like while riding it. I've ridden one so I know. https://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/riding-har ley-davidson-s-project-livewire-electric-bike--and -why-it-won-t-be-the-last-203212507.html |

The mirrors are only like that because they were mounted underneath instead of on top which they can be. They just screwed the mirror stalk up through the bottom of the hole instead of on top. I noticed that when I demo'd. For my size body the mirrors were unusable but would have been of use on top. The Yahoo guy talking was not exaggerating about the acceleration and regenerative braking power. It was something to experience. Just like Peter Fonda in that other video, I'd love to have a Harley LiveWire. Only difference is that I'd want a bike more suited to my size. And a longer seat to strap things to. The bike's build care and quality is evident even in photo's and up close in person it is just the same. (Message edited by electraglider_1997 on December 06, 2014) |

The Zero bikes, though they look like toys in the photos and websites, look very well finished and like a "serious motorcycle" in person as well. I can't wait to be able to afford to own one. |

See a nice electrically adjustable seat at 3:39 in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDzQAv3FS7g |
