I have a chance to pick up some Denali D4's at a really good price. I was curious if there are any Badwebbers out there that have ran these lights. I'm looking for a review of how they function in real world driving conditions. I ride mostly rural wooded areas with a gazillion twisties.

How and where are you going to mount these?

I was thinking of putting them in place of the front turn signals or making a flat aluminum bar and mounting the bar to the screw under the beak and then mounting the D4's to the bar.

a friend of mine has them on his ULY...and they are ok...although he is kind of upset...i bought these ones for my bike and got them for half the cost of the D's...including a controller to make mine go to low beam w/ low beam switch for less than half of what he paid...and mine actually work better...so i guess it would all depend on what you're paying for them

these are what i'm running and they seem brighter and better focused than his D's

Rayycc1,
I have been looking into the lights you have. I came across the D4's for $225 shipped, but your lights look like the better deal. I had liked the idea of the spot/fog combo in the D4's since I ride the Ozark 2 lanes and they are notorious for the twist, turns and 4 legged suicidal vermin.

What did you buy exactly (part numbers)? I might just go the same way.

I was going to buy a model 30 and a model 60...one for each side...after talking to the guy that runs that site...i ended up getting 2 of the model 30's instead... I also got this controller which works very well...http://stores.advmonster.com/rotary-led-dimmer-wit h-high-beam-bypass/

If you use the word "inmate" in the promo box you get 10%off...which made the total less than $150

I ran these lights for 11K miles this summer with ZERO issues...they light up the road in front of you like the sun...and will singe the hair on a deers ass should it get in front of you

one thing i would recommend is getting the heavy duty brackets or making your own as the ones that come with the lights are light gauge and will fail due to vibration... I will post pics of the brackets i made later today when i go to my garage
