Looking for some that somehow mount to the bike so that the rear wheel can be pulled & engine can be lowered at the same time... Dean@learntoride.org 615 545 1111 texts ok |

http://americansportbike.com/newdir/Item/5587 They have one "for Uly and 1125", but I've been using this one on my tubers, Uly, and CR for years with no issues. |

On our race XB12 I drilled the swingarm and fitted some Rizoma paddock stand bobbins/swing arm spools through the swingarm (obvioulsy avoiding the oil tank part!). http://www.rizoma.com/universal/swing-arm-spools/e n This was very easy, did not weaken the swingarm, and meant I could use a standard 'fork type' paddock stand with complete confidence that it wouldn't slip during fast wheel changes or with engine rotated down, unlike stands that just support the underside of the swingarm. You just need to make sure that you drill both sides level and avaoid the strengthening webs on the inside of the casting. |

I don't have close ups but these show the rough location of where I drilled for the bobbins.
This was on a 2006 Ulysses so should be the same for all X models. |
