Which Toyota filter do you use and how long have you been using it?   Hport Posted on Monday, July 14, 2014 - 08:24 pm:        What model and year Toyota?, some of the V-6's had issues with sludge build-up, 20% design, 80% customer failure to do routine oil changes… Toyota factory filters are some of the best in the industry, the drain back valves are especially good. Great thing about Toyota filters, there are only a few part numbers to fit the entire product line. How long should you be using an oil filter…( oil thread spoiler alert) your mileage may vary, but generally speaking, 3-5K miles is typically for oil filter changes with Dino. I haven't look to see what filter lines up with Buell, but if the Prius filter "fits" it is Toyota's most common filter ( fits most 4 cylinders) and is in my opinion an excellent filter.
