Author Message   Paul_regan Posted on Monday, May 12, 2014 - 12:36 pm:        I found a copy of ECMSpy I never used. Its marked as version 1.12.26. Will this work for my 2006 Uly? I want to use it for a TPS reset after I install a new EBR ECM, drummer version. I could also use instructions on how to convert a Buell-to-PDA connection into a Buell to PC cable. It looks like there are only 3 wires being used in the Buell to PDA version. thanks   Froggy Posted on Monday, May 12, 2014 - 01:15 pm:        Yep that version works fine on all the 99 to 07 models with stock or Buell Race ECM, but you cannot use it with an EBR Race ECM, it is known to corrupt the ECM. You need to bring it to a dealer for a TPS reset, or use TunerPro RT. Supposedly ECMspy Mono works with the EBR ECM, but it is not free. I'm not sure if a PDA cable is easily adaptable to PC cable, as the PC cables use a special USB to serial chip.
