This has probably been discussed, but who has the Uly with the most miles on it, and how many miles is that? Anyone cracked 100K? I sold a GS1100 which I'd taken from 4K to 95K and it was running as well as the day I bought it. I don't see why a Uly shouldn't manage this. Or am I being too hopeful. |

Turf, There was a guy blogging a couple of months ago about having 144k miles on his Uly. He commuted something like 100 miles/day year-'round with it. He was finally "retiring" the bike and replacing it with a BMW. He was tired of chasing all the usual Uly issues with it. Nothing extraordinary, just the usual Uly "stuff". He had alot of good suggestions for high-milers. Don't recall if he started his own thread or used someone else's. |

That's excellent. I'll try and find the thread. He may not enjoy having all the usual BMW stuff with his replacement bike, which could well prove much more expensive. |

Here is one table we have been keeping to track crank failures. It also tracks some high mileage bikes. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/384 2/648773.html?1374261251 |

Interesting that some 06 models have had crank failures. I thought it was just the 07s. |
