There's the small D-tab that the locking latch attaches to, to hold the bag to the rack. I bought one side rack from Surdyke.com for $66.40 about a year ago. RH side, 90089-05Y. Sounds like your dealer didn't want your business. You need three parts for the side cases, both side racks and a simple rear connecting piece. You'll have to source the mounting screws. That doesn't add up to $295. Barry
