Hey guys i got my exhaust back from hawk, i really like it, but it seems since the exhaust is gutted it vibrates more. is there anything i can do, particularly with the footpegs, about the vibs? |

Been my experience any time you change performance type parts and you get vibes or? its time for some retuning of the fuel delivery. |

Sound is vibration. Noise translates (especially from a low-hung muffler to low-mounted footpegs) into vibrations. There is also a chance your exhaust is not aligned properly from the installation... |

Even before the exhaust, the bike vibrates, especially at lower RPM's. I guess my question was, does anyone make any pegs with rubber on them to help isolate the vibs? |

Check your front upper engine isolator. The rubber webs can crack and let it ride solid. Also I found that it is a good thing to oil the joints on the rest of the engine mounting hardware. Lots of heim joints that can lock up. |
