What is proper configuration? 2010 Uly XT. B)Provide a positive pressure down force effect on the rear wheel at speed! I could be wrong though. (They could be so you can hook bungees into them....) JKG. I did it to allow heat to vent out instead of dead end around the battery and ECM.
