This is my 5th time here. I.did boot camp here and also drug a machine gun around the hills of camp bullis. I love Texas I just don't wantbto live here to sticky. |

You're right, Pons, and that is the cool thing, no pun intended. Hydration is no. 1,2 & 3 and folks are/were just looking out for his interests. I wasn't trying to make light of the 'heat', just saying that it is very manageable. Admittedly, some handle and/or adjust to heat, and cold, better than others. Being prepared is the key but once you are it isn't a bad ride. Thanks.

I like the thunderstorms here. I'm from California but did 4 years in great falls Montana. Coldest I saw was -53. Pretty cold for a California boy. Then my next base was/is Edwards afb in the middle of the Mojave desert. With gets into the 120s. So I've been on both ends of the spectrum, but Montana and California have something in common low humidity. That's what gets me about this part of the country. Always being sweaty and sticky. The winter is nice though. |

Barry, while you were at Andrews, did you happen to ride a dirt bike through Jaw Bone Canyon? I rode out there many years ago. We would ride up on top of a mountain and watch the dog fights! I've got some pictures buried somewhere. It's a beautiful place! |

I posted after a few beers a couple times. Did I say Andrews? I might of. I have spent time at lack land afb malmstrom afb and Edwards afb. I have yet to have the honor of serving at the presidents afb  |

Barry, did you find any place in TX with Mexican food that compares to Domingo's? I'm on my way to Vegas in Sept and will be stopping in Boron for lunch. |

There is a mexican join right outside of the velley high gate (lackland afb) it is pretty good, but sadly I didnt do to much hunting around because I was trying to save money. |

My uly has the updated pivot pin but the bolt did break just like in the recall. I guess I am going to still call them and see if its covered. |

I just got off the phone with HD "customer service" thats a very loose term btw. The guys was an ass hole and talked to me like I just put in his wifes face. Are the they always like that? Anyway they said they wont stand behind the repair. |
