It is currently at 15,336. The two combined were at 39,761 on Tuesday ... assuming that we are tracking others. It just occurred to me last night as I used it as the grocery getter to pick up a head of lettuce and warm up the engine a little.   Electraglider_1997 Posted on Thursday, March 22, 2012 - 10:55 am:        06' w/34,781 miles and holding for the next couple of months at least. Open shoulder rotator cuff reattachment surgery just two days ago on my left shoulder. Rear tendon was completely torn off and 1/2 retracted because it happened quite some time ago. If I'd waited for it to atrophy much longer it would have become inoperable and that would have been really bad news in the long run for my shoulder ball and socket. You need all four rotator cuff muscles to hold the shoulder together properly otherwise you'll get arthritis, loss of mobility, weakness, and more easily tear the remaining tendons and muscles if you fall. Rotator tears are a very common injury and mine was a bad one with a long healing time. Rotator tears can only be reattached by a surgeon, they don't spontaneously reattach by themselves. Some of you guys might have a tear and living with it. It only gets worse over time, not better. Surgery really sucks but the alternative absolutely blows. Fortunately I'm retired, my wife works and we have great insurance, thank God for that. Maybe you could "factor in" some of us who are working 12 hour day/night night work and on a 15 mile run to work has to deal with 64 traffic lights. Then there are the round-a-bouts, Zebra crossings, speed humps, 20 mph speed limit and all the other crap as well. 10,000 miles a year in the City of London is Big Balls. Putting miles on a bike has nothing to with quantity but all about quality. Not going back there now. '06 Uly is at 57,299 smiles.....as in permagrin! If time allows, East Tennessee is a hard place to NOT ride! Hey Uly-man, tough time with this riding thing eh? How do you think I feel, I walk to work, 100 feet, no street lights, have to walk by the shed the Uly is in. I'm self employed and as things are, nearly never not working, even when not in the shop. I have ridden very little since the WVBR in August. Weirdest thing is my riding gear doesn't seem to fit so well. What the ?? ?? Looks like I'll have free reign of an '09 Yamaha Majesty for the foreseeable future, as the owner doesn't want it to sit, and doesn't want to ride it. Considering the 60mpg and all day comfort, I might put more miles on this thing than either of my "real" bikes. Current odo reading is 235.
