Well I had it happen to me, first ride of the season. Pulled up to a red light, went to drop the bike into gear, and the bolt fell out on the shifter linkage. Stepped on it again (thought I just missed the pedal), and bent one of the rod ends that attaches the pedal to the shift rod. So I know the hex bolts are 10-24... I found the one that fell out. And I know those rod ends are RH/LH thread, but what thread? Thanks. |

I can check the actual part, but a 2003 Firebolt manual says the RH locknut(18) is a 10-32. It says the top and bottom screws(14) are 10-32 also..
