would love to have a fall ulysses adventure, if the weather would just cooperate. it's been cold and raining here in western PA since the middle of last week and isn't suppose to be nice again until wednesday. so considering the forecast for a nice day is still two days out, I can't rely on it being accurate. Grrrr... |

I don't have a real rainsuit yet and I'm just not all that interested in riding long distances in the rain and cold if the scenery wont be worth it due to lousy weather. was looking at a rain suit while the bike was in the shop but they sold it before I went back and now they don't have my size/style in my price range. hoping to take a ride down through the Virginias to see some fall color...and maybe make it as far as the Carolinas to see some folks. just not all that enthusiastic about doing it in bad weather. |

If you are complaining now, what are you going to do when it actually starts snowing? |

Man up, Suit up, and Ride! In deep winter you'll regret not riding when it's above freezing. I ride in the 20's a lot during the winter. 40 degrees is a hot day come Feb / March. |

Gerbings. Plug in, ride all year. I'm headed from MD to Buelltoberfest on the 14th (I think that's the Friday)...you should join me. Got a spare heated liner you can try out if you want, too. |
