Hello, i know uly rims are heavier than the lightning or firebolt rims, but would using the firebolt / lightning rims influence in the handling of the bike? Less rolling mass.

Not enough to notice on the street. The Uly wheels are one pound heavier. So two pounds if you swap both wheels.

Unless you're racing, it won't make much difference.

I haven't tried a uly with the heavier wheels, but imo a pound of rotating mass is extremely noticeable. In tube tires the difference between handling of a HD tube and a thin tube is quite noticeable and I don't think that's even a pound of weight. All depends on the rider -- I race a good bit and am fairly sensitive to performance/handling, but I'm pretty positive I'd notice a marked difference on the street with 1lbs lighter wheels, especially given the weight is out there on the rim.

finally got round to match the tyres and use the uly rims and not the firebolt/lightning ones i have, i've gained confidence in the front end, and feel really comfortable and can enter in corners faster and harder, feel the bike really stable and firm, i get good feedback from what the front end is doing, so my only wondering is, is it due to the tyre or the combination of both? but that next test will be in quite a bit of time, once these tyres are worn out, i'm using Metzeler Sportec M3 work pretty well and life on them is quite good.

It is the tires. New anything will feel better than old worn out anything else. The only fair way to compare tires is to swap them out with less than a thousand miles on them.

Definitely the tires. Heavy wheels slow down turn-in and make the suspension work less well, but don't really have an affect on stability or overall level of feel/feedback.

i went from an X to an XT and noticed a big difference in street handling. the XT is much more agile for me. so are the XT wheels the same as a firebolts?

Gringo, the XT is lower, so lower center of gravity, about wheels I do not know, but that difference in height has some influence.
