Suspension settings. Do not trust them. Balance the suspension for your all-up weight and riding style.  HD oils for hot places. Look at the lowest ambient temps because thats what you need to know.  Is your battery any good and the HD charge rates. I would/do use a 1amp or less charge rate myself. If the batery is below 12.6v and it is cold it will be harder to start the bike.
