I haven't ridden my Uly in almost a year (long story). I want to drain the old gas from it before I fire it up again.

How do I go about doing this?

There is a drain plug on the lower left side of the frame. I'm not sure how involved it is to getting to and removing it. My advise? Just ride it. Mine sat for about a year after a wreck, I just had to charge the battery and it fired up and ran fine. Ran better after getting a fresh tank of gas in it, but it still was good enough.

remove left side foot peg mount, 3 socket heads. Make a funnel out of something to go from under fuel pump and over swingarm dumping out into a container set to the side.
Remove the 1/2 inch brass plug on the fuel pump, loosen gas cap to vent. If your quick you can get the plug unscrewed and pop it up before you get any on you. Sit back and lite a cigarette while it drains.
Or do what Froggy said.

Just drop a hose down in the tank and siphon it into a can for the lawn mower. Fill the tank back up with some good stuff.

Siphon out the old gas, like Ourdee said; then put in a half bottle of Gumout and fill the tank with Super. Then go out for a long ride.

The only problem with siphoning is that you won't get all of it out, you will miss what is on the bottom, which is where the junk and water that you want to get rid of will be hiding. I guess I am on the anal side and would want to get all the crud out and not put in additives that might screw up the O2 sensor. It really wasn't that hard to pull the plug and it tasted better.

Siphon it out, add 2 cups of Everclear and 2 gallons of fresh gas.
You'll be fine.
