I've got the 660. I've had it for about 9 months now.

I broke down . . after two years . . and popped for the "Lifetime Map Updates" for my Zumo 550 today . . ergo, I'm stuck with it.

I know nothing about the 660 but the 550 has been one impressive piece of gadgetry and Garmin's Customer Service, located in Salem, OR, has always been very impressive.

I really like the Garmin GPS’s. I started a few years ago with the Quest on my Uly 2006.
(the Quest is now retired to the 1125R….it just fits nice under the fairing)
I upgraded to the Garmin Zumo 550 when I bought my 2009 Uly.
The 550 Zumo is great, Touch screen with gloves, nice MP3 player, picture viewer and I added the SiriusXM antenna so listening to Satellite Radio while riding is the best.
I have the Zumo 660 on my Renegade 800 ATV…..no Satellite Radio but a real big screen and all the features of the Zumo 550. (The picture viewer is cool, when out on a trip and you want to show your riding pals all the cool shots you took that day, put the memory card from your camera in the Zumo 660 or 665 and view the pictures from the day on a big screen)
The Zumo 665 has all the cool features of the Zumo 550 but with SiriusXM and a big screen. Drawback is the Big price.

The 550 660 and 665 you can bluetooth to your phone and a headset in your helmet.....

when you get your Zumo, here are some custom Splash screens and how to install them. The link is at the top of the Big,Bad and Dirty Thread.....

I also have the 660 - great device that has worked flawlessly for me. Spendy as noted above but very functional from both trip planning and where tf am I perspective. Bluetooth and MP3 player functionality is good, "Emily" the british female voice keeps me company, Maps are Garmin-good. ALl in all a good purchase for me.

I broke down and bought the 660 as well. Very nice unit. The bluetooth is great. You can connect your phone to the GPS, then the GPS to a bluetooth headset. Incoming calls can be seen on the display and answered. It functions great as a MP3 player as well with a SD card. You can also use it as a speakerphone in your car as well.
I dont go around talking on the phone while riding, but with a little one at home I like to know when I receive a call.
The screen is very glove friendly, with a different keyboard layout for the MC mode which makes it easier to type with gloves. Again not something you want to do while riding, but its convenient to be able to alter your route or skip a song while at a stop and not have to take your clothes off.
