"Configuration 1" just refers to the middle vent/filler and the drain tube in the middle underside.

From their site:
Configuration #1 Prices

1.5 Gallon 6”x16” $179.00

3.5 Gallons 8”x20” 189.00
4 Gallons 10”x16” $189.00
5 Gallons 10”x20” $199.00


So, this one is 2.5 gal, and measures 8"wide by 16" long.
