So, Froggy, how many pucks did you have to have pulled to have the puck fairy visit you? I thought pucks were obsolete. (Message edited by Ulykan on November 11, 2010) |

Crash test them. I got about a 4 month supply here, but I'll order more in the spring. Between me and Dr Greg you need to get yours fast. |

They are no longer available as a pair. Doesn't stop you from buying them separate, notice the two different parts nr. on the boxes. Was mentioned in the picture thread @ ADV recently |

...and the "order separately" rule goes for ANY discontinued kit. Kit number no good? Get a parts breakdown, and order the individual pieces. For example, the CR high bar kit - obsolete. So order: handlebars clutch line brake line throttle cable idle cable Simple, gets you everything you need. You can get the instruction sheet here somewhere, I'm sure |

I have a bunch on the way, will have them orderable on the shop again later today, http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-p rodshow/17125.html. They won't come with the primer, but as long as you wipe your frame down well with lacquer thinner prior to sticking them on, they'll be fine. |

...if anyone needs to dispose of their "character-laden" pucks after a replacement, feel free to send 'em my way. The layers of dirt and muck on my bike will fill/cover any scrapes |

Yea, we probably shouldn't be throwing old ones away in case they become harder to get in the future. Assuming the black plastic outer "shell" is OK, I wonder if you could "rejuvenate" one by scraping the foam out of the back (after a fall) and filling it with some kind of fresh 2-part foam mix? |
