Al and Joanne came through again. Awesome customer service. My work schedule has been hateful since June, when I started in a totally new industry. Trying to learn the gig, trying to learn the dealer processes, trying to build a customer base and actually maybe *sell* something once in a while...not a lot of time for TCB (Taking Care of Buells). Strictly through text messages and emails, got an order in for a set of front pads and an oil filter for the ol' Uly. 15k service interval has come and gone by a few hundred miles, front pads are lookin' thin (the notches are gone, usually my "replace me" indicators), WVBR is coming up fast and I'm thinking new pads aren't a bad idea...and once again, the Lightons come through perfectly. Get home today - brand new brake pads and a brand new oil filter, sitting here waitin' for me. I know perfectly well that I'm more than a little goofy, and when I get home from work I'm so burnt that the last thing I want to do most days is...well...much of anything lol. These guys are the best. If ANYbody ever needs ANYthing, I strongly suggest calling Al and Joanne. They rock. Thanks, guys (and yeah...I know it's "only" a filter and pads...but it's so much more than that really). |

Glad to help, Joe (and David, and Vern, and... ) But, just a note to folks...if you've ordered from us several times, and NONE of your info (including CC and expiration date) has changed, it's fairly easy for us to do an order from an email as it is a web order. BUT, if you haven't had any recent orders, or ANYTHING has changed, then by all means, please use the web to place the order. We'd hate to send something to the wrong place, or not be able to send because the CC is wrong or ambiguous on which to use. Thanks for your support! Al |

For some reason, my employer's network blocks the American Sport Bike website. Such a bummer! I mean, really, when do they expect me to get my shopping done?! My bike needs risers! |

Sure would be great if American Sport Bike could stock a throttle body for a 06 and 07 uly so one could be had on short notice. I think they already have most emergency parts we would need. |

Hooper - if you just need handlebar risers, LMK. I have a set of 1" around somewhere for the Uly. Had a set on the bike; a customer bought a 9SX from me last season and "needed" risers "right now", so I pulled mine, put 'em on her bike, and ordered my new set. One day I may get around to putting 'em on...but in the meantime, you're welcome to use 'em, and order a set for me when you get a chance... |

Thanks, Rat...I'll let you know. The 1" were good for you, right? I think I'm almost as tall as you, so I don't want to say, "Hm, should have bought 2-inchers." |

Great Service at American Sports Bike. I ordered a signal and some paint, they immediately let me know that the signal was back ordered from HD, and if I wanted the paint to be shipped ahead, they would do it. I informed them that I could wait for the paint. Less than a week later, my stuff arrived. Awesome company!!!! |
