There was a orange Uly with a Kansas veteran's tag at Cassoday today. Was it someone from BadWeb? |

Don't know the guy's name but he lives in Haysville, Ks. He's fairly regular at Cassoday. |

That orange was the color of fire coming off of any bike being operated in this 109+ degree heat. I landed in Wichita on Monday and when I heard that there might be relief by the end of the week when high temps drop back to the mid-90's, I knew I was in for a long week. I left Scotch-n-Sirloin tonight and at just after 9pm, it was still 100 degrees on the rental car therm-o-meter. Then I remembered, its a dry heat and that made all the difference! I like Wichita, I just need to stop coming here in the summer. (Message edited by 7873jake on August 04, 2010) |

Hey Jake, if you ever plan ahead to be in Wichita drop me a pm and we can meet somewhere. Sorry you arrived here during a record heat wave but that's Kansas in the summer. Scotch and Sirloin and you ride a Uly? Are you sure you're not riding a Beemer? |

I had a burger at Timbuktu in Andover!! That's gotta count for something!? I also go to Wichita for Taco Tico as a carbon offset for the S-n-S transgressions. I will say that if Taco Tico could figure out how to get the same wait staff as S-n-S, there'd be a lot more people eating at TT! |

And where may I ask do you hang your helmet or in other words where do you call home? Wichita must not be very far or else you know all of these joints because you have spent a lot of time here. |
