It must be Monday and not Friday. I got a mile and a half from the house this morning and took off from a stop sign , went to shift into second and my clutch cable brakes. Then I stalled the bike. So now I have to push it up hill about a quarter mile before I can get it moving fast enough to speed shift it into second. I got it home and took the jeep to work. I got to my exit for work and started looking for my ID card to get in the gate and realized that I left it in my safety vest for the bike. Its an hour back to the house, and my wife is in the garage without the phone. I was hoping she could meet me half way. The boss wasn’t happy this morning. How was your Friday morning? |

Spent all morning at the eye doctor with the wife. She got toilet cleaner in her eyes. She will be OK. I'd rather have the broke cable. |

I hope that she is going to recover. That is definitely worse than mine. Mine was just aggravating, yours was health threatening. |

I hope she wasn't cleaning the toilet with Muratic acid because that would be nasty as all get out. Whenever out toilets lime up which is a couple of times per year, I use the acid and it literally smokes that piss lime off the porcelain. You can use it to clean stains off the driveway also. Don't even get it on you or the clothes though. |

Yep hydracloric. Just a few drops. Hit her with the sink water in the bathroom, then 10 minutes with the kitchen sink sprayer. Fast ride to immediate Care for a flush with the good juice. Eye doctor for a bunch of tests. Should be fine in a week. Miracle I was there when it happened. Sorry for the thread jack, just trying to add some perspective. When I was 14 I had a small business packaging muratic acid and shipping it from my grandma's garage to fill orders for a company my mom worked for. Try and get away with that now a days. That is how I paid for my first motorcycle. Twenty five cents a quart was my cut. That stuff eats concrete. |

Sorry about wife Ourdee, sorry about clutch cable Kmb and Muratic acid also is a great way to take of warts. My day sure seems tame, writing a psycholigcal test report for 3 hours and computer ate the thing. Need to start over. Luckily I am salaried so I will get paid to do it again. Makes my frustration seem minimal. Thanks for addiding perspective to my day. |
