was what my cooling fan was doing this weekend. Halfway into a weekend ride down in the Hocking Hills area of Ohio. The HD/ "Buell" dealer outside Parkersburg, WV didn't have one. The dealer in Frederick, MD where I bought the bike didn't have one. American Sport Bike had one though! So I'll have it Thursday... I rode all weekend without it. Wasn't a problem at all for the bike. My legs got a bit warm a few times though. With the comfort kit RSS the heat was pretty evenly distributed to both legs so it wasn't intensely hot on just my right leg as before. I got a bit of a "rattle" one time when getting hard on the throttle just after a long stint of stop and go traffic through Clarksburg, WV. Other than that she ran just fine. |

You were all up in the WV Buell Rally riding area. I'm from P-burg and my folks live in Harrisville..... 'bout halfway between P-burg and Clarksburg. I love riding in that area. Did the dealer have ANY Buell stuff? |

Wolf... It didn't sound like it. From a post of Court's that is somewhere on here I think parts from HD are going to be a problem. Some nice roads over there. Got to ride some of 555 with a large group of non sportbike riders. Several of us took up the rear and did the accordion thing so we could enjoy some of the twisties. Coming back on Sunday I hooked up with one of my ST1300 riding buddies and we ran up 26 to 800 and then up along 255. Those are some awesome roads. Then we worked our way along 7 to 68 and slabbed it back to North East, MD. |

I used to hike in Hocking Hills in my Boy Scout days...gorgeous area. Now, in my Buell Scout days, I'd like to get back there on two wheels. |
