Does anyone have this gps? Does it really show you how much fuel you have left in your tank? http://www.buell.com/en_us/gear/accessories/produc t.asp?Menu_ID=2&ProductLineID=2&CategoryID=4&Produ ctID=4256 |

No, you just tell it you can go 200 miles, then you just reset it like a tripometer when you fill up. The useless part of it is, I can get anywhere from 130 to 260 miles on a tank depending on my mood. |

It works great . . . I have mine set to a very "conservative" setting . . I know when it goes on to start "thinking" about fuel and collecting alternatives. . when my "LOW FUEL" light comes on I do something about it. I actually have four fuel indications . . mileage counter on the Zumo visual on the Zumo Trip #2 (#1 is the total for the current) Visual from the fuel light. Hehehehe . . I still come dangerously close . . . but I hate putting an EFI system through fuel exhaustion. |

My method is pretty low tech. I know on the highway I will get to 170 or a little past before the fuel light comes on. At 150 (on the trip meter) I know to start looking. Pretty simple. I do have the Zumo, but with the inconsistency of the Uly's mileage, I don't find the fuel function very useful. |
