Actually...I did do the JBweld..it held for about nine of the ten pulls I did during my test ride before I left for the dealer. (very gentle pulls that I synced with the rear brake) I ended up using wire-ties to hold it in place. It had about 20-30% of the brake power. I was used to it, cuz I rode around with a barely usable badly pulsing front brake for a month.
From what I've read here, I don't think these Sync's are gonna give me the mileage that the dunlops did. (9k)
Over on Adventure Rider there was some talk of Shinko producing their dual sport tire in sportbike sizes. That would be great for you "X" riders.
I haven't had a chance to ride since I put the tire on so I can't comment on it's performance. I've read reviews of guys getting 12K miles out of a rear. They reportedly turn in a bit slower than some tires but the Uly turns in plenty quick anyway.
That would be sweet. I also heard a rumor that Metzler might put out a Tourance in Sportbike sizes as well, but so far, even with the release of the Tourance 2, it hasn't happened.

Hello
Thanks for the e-mail and notes. We have been approached by other Buell owners for this same tire, but currently there are no plans expand the size range of the MT60 line up. We will keep the request on file though. Have a great day.
