I rode my 2007 Uly home Friday after being bikeless for about five years. I forgot how much fun Buells are !!

I have some parts enroute and plan on doing some, what I consider, necessary mods.

This is one fun bike. It had 939 miles on it when I left work and I paid $6900 for it.

It's supposed to rain this weekend, who cares LOL.

Cheers, Will

Is it the super fast extra tuff orange or one of those other colors ?

FWIW, My son and I figured that all new Buells need at least 10 hours of labor to make them rideable. That's not even counting any new parts you may be installing.

Have fun and welcome to the insanity.

Great deal, I gave $8500 for my '06 with 850 miles. Once you get passed the quirks, it's one of the best bikes around. By far the best bike I've ever owned.

It's Barricade Orange, the best looking IMHO. I agree it's the most fun bike I've had to date.

I started riding in 1967 on Triumphs and this is my second Buell, the other a 1996 S-1. I'm guessing from the seat of my pants that this is a stronger motor than my S-1 and I love looking Hummer drivers in the eye on the road.

I got my PIAA 510's, 115db horn, BackOff module, and K&N today. Kevin says he's two months behind orders for my SS Drummer. I'm looking for a takeoff header so I can send it to HPC before the muffler gets here. I have set of bags, taller screen, and right side scoop coming too.

It's pretty hard working with the Uly parked outside the window to my office, but I've noticed I'm arriving at work and at home with a smile on my face.

I'm still looking for the cleanest mounts for the 510's. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Cheers, Will

GME makes a lightbar that a few guys on here use. Here is a link and PM him if you are interested. His post is down the page a bit.

Corn-grat-u-lation. I was without a bike for about 6 years, then back into the swing of thing. I found Buell one bike later and from now on I don't think I will be without a Buell in my garage. (or two)
