I think that was the AMA slogan a few years ago. But as I'm working on yet another new portion of the Uly (swapping cooling fans in this case) I get to become familiar with another part of this amazing bike. I've gone through much of the engine, chassis, and now this. It's just enjoyable to become more and more familiar with the most enjoyable bike I've ever owned. The more I ride and wrench on this old '06 the more I feel like I've got the last bike I want/need to own. And no, I don't plan on quitting riding anytime soon... Cheers! --Doc P.S. Interesting that the cooling fan in my "new" '06 Uly (10K miles) goes only a revolution or so when "flipped" by hand; the fan in my "old" '06 Uly (55K+ miles) spins a number of revolutions when "flipped"...that's why I'm swapping. Seem to recall there were a bad batch of fans...? |
